Summertime!

Summer is finally here! And we have been busy. We went on vacation to South Padre Island with Patrick's family. It was great!!! Bliss loves the beach and is not scared of the water at ALL! She played and played all day in the sand and surf. We almost taught her how to swim, not bad for a 14 month old. All she wears in the pool are arm floats. She just kicks her little feet and can go almost anywhere in the pool! She also liked the seagulls, everytime we would feed them she ate more of the bread than they did! O'well. Her face is doing great! Check out the new pictures to see for yourself.

SORRY!

It has been a while since I updated Bliss' blog. She will be one in a couple of weeks! Time has flown this year, I can't imagine life without her! Her face is looking good, we go back to the doctor this week to see what he thinks. Last month when we went, he was very optimistic about the outcome of her hemangioma. So, we will see what he thinks this week. Bliss is not walking yet, but she can crawl, and gets into everything!

10 Months!!

Bliss is 10 months old yesterday! It has flown by! She is still army crawling, but really crawls every once in a while. She has no trouble getting around and into everything! The last visit to her doctor went good. He is happy with her progress and said that between the ages of 2-4, if the hemangioma is still there, that we will discuss laser treatments to remove it. Pray that it is gone before then!

New Year...

2009 is here! Nothing much has been going on around here. Back to the real world...back to work! Yuck!! Bliss is still crawling along everywhere and was standing up in her bed today! She is getting so big. Her face is looking better and better everyday! She is a great baby girl!

Our First Christmas!

Well, our first Christmas has already come and gone!! Crazy! Bliss made a good haul of toys and clothes and we still have one more Christmas with Patrick's sister and her family! On Christmas Day, Bliss pulled up on the activity table at her Nonny and Hooter's! Then she played with a tupperware container and ignored all of the new toys that she got. Figures! She has changed so much lately, she says Da-Da, will give you "five" and "sugars". It really is too cute! Not crawling yet, but she still "army crawls" everywhere.

STATE!!!!

The Loboes are going to State!!! We will play Saturday December 20th at Waco ISD Stadium. Come support the Loboes!! Bliss and I are very excited, but Patrick is just a little nervous. Who could blame him, but we all know that coaches give it all they got. So hopefully we will have a great Christmas present come Saturday.

Christmas Time!!

Today we went to the doctor in Grapevine. He is very happy with the progress that Bliss is making. Last week we went to see Santa. Bliss wasn't real impressed and as you can see, Carson didn't like him at all. It was kind of a creepy looking Santa. I hope that he still brings me presents for saying that! We have our tree up and Bliss likes to look at the lights, she also likes to pull the beads off my garland! O'well, we let her, she is rotten.
